Small hotel - Perfect location - quet, walking distance to best museums, shopping. If you are not looking for constant partying - this one is ideal. Tram 2 and 12 is easy ride to the central railway station. it stops very close to the hotel -no problem to walk in there is # 397 bus that goes from Airport to the hotel - about 30 min, runs through the night, every 10 min during the day, again - stops literaly half a block from the hotel, easy walking distance. Even better than the train and tram that we used on the way in. we used the bus to go back to airport. Public transportation is clean, safe, on time, use ov card, much better deal than tourist day cards. Hotel Has an elevator! - very important , have you seen stairs in Netherland ? Stuff is very friendly, kept our bags and brought them to the room, checked us in as soon as the room was ready, made arrangements for museum and canal cruise. we actually cancelled our other hotel that we had on the way back and booked this one again. and they upgraded us for that. Hotels in the center of the city are surounded by garbage all over the street, the air is thick with marijuana smell. much better to move a little further from central station/center of Amsterdam.

JLNo76 hotel was an excellent choice and the gentleman at reception was extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. The hotel is in the museum area of the city and is an excellent location to enjoy a city break. Tram 12 or 2 are on your doorstep to get to central station along with bus service 379 a direct bus to airport. Coffee and tea making amenities were generously stocked with Nespresso pods and a small fridge was also in our room. The room had one 3 pin socket which was very convenient alongside there many standard 2 pin sockets throughout the room. Room was very generous size with great comforts. A very relaxing atmosphere in front foyer with comfortable seating to chill after a busy day. There was an honesty bar facility in the foyer making it really free as a home base. Hotel provided a detailed list of restaurant recommendations, some within a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend The Seafood Bar, which was just around the corner. Definitely recommend a stay at the JLNo76 and we will be returning.

Breakfast was delicious! The staff there is amazing. I left a bag at the airport and they helped me call the airport. No one was answering at Lost and Found so they called me a taxi with Mustafa. He took me to and from the airport and waited for me while I got the bag. It was at Lost and Found! Then Mustafa told me that I must see the tulips at Keukenhof. I arranged for my friend and I to go the next day. We made friends with a couple at the hotel and they went with us. The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting the museums. I had made a booking at the Van Gogh Museum a few weeks in advance and it was a 5 minute walk to get there. The hotel is on a quiet street and provided restful, quiet sleep. The bed was comfortable but firm. The bathtub was epic. The bathroom had a shower and bathtub. The room itself was pretty big with a desk and a chair for sitting near the window.

Excellent location in a quiet, leafy street close to the Rijksmuseum and within walking / cycling distance of the city centre. The hotel has a pleasant sitting area adjacent to reception, and a secluded garden at the back. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate our request for secure storage of our touring bicycles without fuss. The room was well designed, larger than expected for the centre of Amsterdam. The en-suite bathroom was well laid out and a good size.. The breakfast was well presented, the food was interesting, of excellent quality and sufficient for our needs.

Lovely staff, comfortable well-furnished room, jacuzzi bath (that I unfortunately didn't use) There were European, US and UK plugs in the room 2 minutes from tram lines & buses including a direct airport bus 3 minutes from all the major museums: Van Gogh, MOCO, Stedelijk Modern Art and 5 minutes from the Rijksmuseum 5 minutes from the Royal Concertgebouw concert hall
